E-commerce implementation and integration is the final part of a three step process. First is the development of a concept or idea. The second is the plan or Strategy for your e-commerce website. And finally it is the development and implementation of your site.

A good strategy and planning is the key to successful development and implementation. During the implementation process EB consultants will review the strategic plan and develop an implementation process. Prior to implementation there is a thorough evaluation of the proposed solutions. During the evaluation the following will be reviewed:

• How will the implementation effect current clients
• How can we offer training to employees on the new system.
• What are the technological requirements and hardware upgrades

Once the checklist is completed the development will commence. During the development process our software development engineers will be in constant communication with the client and its employees to make the integration on the e-commerce solution as transparent as possible.
